1. Sales is based on FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. If communication with the previous buyer is failed, items will go to the second person who reserved. Priority is given to those who make immediate payment.
2. RESERVATION can only be made up to 2 DAYS. Once payment is made, items CONSIDERED SOLD.
3. No problem to change your mind, If you do not want to purchase the particular item, please do send us an email to cancel the order. You will not be blacklisted then.
4. If you hesitate to purchase or about to cancel the particular items (WITHIN 2 DAYS ONLY) please notify us by sending an email to medinastylish@gmail.com
5. Items sold are NOT REFUNDABLE or EXCHANGEABLE.
6. Colours in the pictures might be slightly different from the real hijab due to the lighting effect and also monitor setting .
7. Shipping fee is not included with the hijab price. Please take note that there will be a minimal charge depends on the item's weight and sender's location.
8. Postage is using Poslaju Malaysia.The Postage destination price is:
a)Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM6 for first 500g and RM3 for next 250g
b)Sabah/Sarawak costs about RM9 for first 500g and RM4 for next 250g.
9. We will not be held responsible if there's any lost or damage of item during delivery of the item
10. Item(s) purchased will be sent out on the next working days after full payment received.
